GENERAL INFO:

- Check-in is at 4:00 PM

- Check-out is at 12:00 PM (ask if you want a late check-out)

- Cleaning Fee $250
- No loud music outside after 10PM
- No smoking inside
- All exterior lights must be off by 1AM
- Dogs allowed

- Do NOT leave garbage bags or food outside

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Strip all used beds and place bedding on the floor
- Place all used towels on the floor
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Throw away all garbage at: (key card required to enter both) 

Mt. Hope Refuse Collection Center

Brodrecht Refuse Facility 
- Turn hot tub down to 80 degrees
- Turn off all interior and exterior lights and close all windows
- Return all key cards to the basket in the kitchen ($50 charge for each lost key card)
